It is almost the middle of the month and my FB page is getting full again. Time to move the items to here so again they are easy to find.

Pancakes (with Buttermilk) girls liked this one also. On this it tasted better when I added about 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp nutmeg.

JUMBO EVERYTHING IN IT COOKIE!
I love this cookie recipe! it is chewy in the middle and buttery crust around the edges.
2 1/2 sticks Butter (salted) Softened
1 cup White Sugar
2 cup's Brown Sugar, Packed
3 whole Large Eggs(Organic)(Room Temp)
1 1/2 TBS Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 cup's All-purpose Flour(For allergies use gluten free)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 cup's Oats ( Quick Oats)
2 cup's M & M's Candies
1 cup Pecans or Walnuts, or both( Chopped fine)
1 cup each Chocolate Chips (milk and Semi-sweet)
2 cups Rice cereal
Beat your eggs,butter,sugar,vanilla
Mix your dry ingredients(flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda) in a separate bowl then add to the wet mixture.
Mix just until combined.
Then add all the other goodies. Do not over mix.
Scoop out with an Ice cream scooper onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper , spray with cooking spray.
Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful not to over bake.
These are so good. Moist in the middle with a buttery crust around the outside.
