More from the FB files.

My daughter and I have been making some very interesting meals and they have been very well received. We made something sort of like what a woman showed as a one skillet meal with beef and noodles. She did not provide times for cooking or temperature to cook at, so I decided to make something like that, but using my own methods. Hers called for beef, we used ground turkey. Hers said, just put in skillet, mine says mix into meatballs with Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs, shredded mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Brown the meatballs in a skillet and put in the bottom of the dish. Hers says, put pasta on top of the uncooked meat. Mine says cook the pasta. Both say to put pasta sauce on it and cover with shredded cheese. Also, cook in oven covered for 30 minutes on 350 degrees F.  Mine does not taste greasy.

Saw this recipe Chocolate Chocolate Veggie Pancakes on Food Network. Looked good and tried it. Changes were more fruit and veggies, less salt. In a blender: Fresh Spinach (handful), 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup honey, 1 small banana, 1 small apple (cut up), 1 small zucchini (cut up), 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tsps vanilla, 1/2 cup yogurt, blend all to liquid. In a bowl, put 2 cups Bisquick, add the liquid from the blender and stir until well mixed. Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Cook as you would pancakes. My girls loved it!
The batter smelled delicious. They asked for more!
